-  * WHEREAS PARTY B is in the business of providing pharmaceutical development consulting services. PARTY B is prepared to provide such services to Client as set forth in this MSA; and

-NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises representations terms and conditions hereinafter set forth the Parties agree as follows:

This MSA may be terminated at any time during the Term by either Party with thirty (30) days prior written notice to the other party.
